Sunny Side features some big, bold sunflowers in all their sunny glory, set on a really pretty ombré green background! There are bits of hot pink, blue and purple underpainting peeking out in a few spots, and the addition of some pinky touches on the sunflowers add some interest to the shading.
My hope is that this artwork will always serve as a big reminder to look on the bright side...to focus on the joys in life, rather than dwell on the struggles and frustrations. Of course, those will come and require our attention, but they don't have to be our full-time focus!
Reminds me of the verse in Philippians 4:8. I love the way the Good News Translation puts it.....
"In conclusion, my friends, fill your minds with those things that are good and that deserve praise: things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely and honorable."
This was originally painted as a 6"x6" painting and we've offered it before, in a smaller framed 5"x5" mini print, but this is the first time we're offering it in a larger size! Frame it and hang it on a wall to add some cheer and an encouraging reminder to your space!
