Peonies are one of my favorite flowers and we grow 6 or 7 different varieties in our garden each year! They're always such a joy whether outside, or as cut flowers in bouquets brought indoors. It's exciting to think that in just a few months, we'll be enjoying those big, lush blooms again! "Pink Peonies" is a nod to one of those varieties we've been growing for years and years and features a bold pink peony surrounded by a variety of additional buds and blooms all set on a gorgeous, multi-colored teal/blue/green background. Even the sides on this sweet painting are a bit dreamy! Stand it on a shelf or table or hang it on the wall. The choice is yours. Bits of the bright pink underpainting also show through in spots, making this one not only serene and lovely but fun and vibrant, too.
